REBALANCE Participants completed Advocacy Online Training

The REBALANCE project proudly celebrates the successful completion of its Online Advocacy Training Programme, bringing together participants from Germany, Lithuania, Greece, and Italy in a dynamic and enriching international learning experience.

Over the course of the training, participants engaged in a series of interactive online sessions designed to strengthen their advocacy skills, deepen their understanding of civic participation, and enhance their capacity to promote social inclusion and active citizenship within their local communities. The programme provided a valuable platform for learning, collaboration, and the exchange of experiences among individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

One of the most significant achievements of the training was the creation of a vibrant international learning environment. Participants had the opportunity to share challenges, good practices, and innovative approaches related to advocacy and community engagement in their respective countries. Through discussions, group activities, case studies, and practical exercises, they gained new perspectives and developed a stronger understanding of how advocacy can contribute to positive social change.

The online format enabled participants from the four partner countries to connect regularly despite geographical distances, fostering intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding. Many participants highlighted the value of learning directly from their peers and discovering different approaches to addressing common social issues. The exchange of knowledge and experiences enriched the learning process and demonstrated the importance of international cooperation in tackling societal challenges.

Throughout the training, participants explored key topics such as advocacy strategies, stakeholder engagement, communication techniques, community mobilization, policy influence, and effective campaigning. They also developed practical skills that will support them in becoming active advocates within their organizations, communities, and professional environments.

Feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive. Many expressed appreciation for the high-quality content, the expertise of the trainers, and the opportunity to collaborate with individuals from different countries. The training not only increased their knowledge and confidence but also inspired them to take a more active role in promoting inclusion, participation, and social responsibility.

The completion of the Online Advocacy Training Programme marks an important milestone for the REBALANCE project. It reflects the strong commitment of all project partners to empowering participants with the tools, knowledge, and competencies needed to create meaningful impact in their communities. Furthermore, it demonstrates the project’s dedication to fostering European cooperation, mutual learning, and the sharing of innovative practices.

As participants move forward to apply their newly acquired skills, the REBALANCE consortium looks forward to witnessing the positive initiatives and advocacy actions that will emerge from this experience. The knowledge gained, the connections established, and the collaborative spirit developed throughout the training will continue to contribute to the project’s long-term objectives and sustainability.

The REBALANCE partnership would like to congratulate all participants on their successful completion of the training and thank them for their active engagement, enthusiasm, and commitment. Their contribution has made this international learning journey a truly rewarding and inspiring experience for everyone involved.
